Returns and Refunds

We consider your custom important and as such we have detailed policies informing you of the conditions by which we operate. If you have any further questions relating to this matter please feel free to contact the Tapes office.

“I want to cancel my order in full”

You can cancel your order in full before it is dispatched. If your cancellation request is made up to the point at which your order is dispatched, we will stop the parcel from being sent out and offer a full refund if payment has already been made. Once the parcel has been dispatched you may return it for a refund less outgoing mailing costs. Please email us before doing so. The return postage is your responsibility.

“I want to cancel part of my order.”

You can cancel part of your order before it is dispatched. If your cancellation request is made up to the point at which you order is dispatched, we will repack the parcel and offer a partial refund if payment has already been made. Once the parcel has been dispatched you may return the unwanted part for a partial refund. Please email us before doing so. The return postage is your responsibility.

“I have changed my mind about my purchase”

If you change your mind about your purchase for whatever reason, you may return the item, unused, in its original condition along with full packaging and proof of purchase within 7 days of delivery for exchange or a refund.

Only the cost of the goods will be refunded: you will have to pay the carriage costs yourself unless the reason for return is established as being an error on our part, whereupon we will refund the carriage costs directly to you.
